Recent INSEAD MBA graduate. Ex-investment banking and private equity. I build small AI tools that solve problems I actually have.

I'm a recent MBA graduate of INSEAD with a background in investment banking, real estate acquisitions, and founding an agribusiness in Pakistan. Most recently I was an analyst at QNB Capital in Doha, advising on M&A, IPO feasibility, and debt restructuring mandates across the Middle East.

Outside of coursework I build small, practical AI powered tools: automation agents, dashboards, and risk scoring systems, usually to solve a problem I actually have, from monitoring flood risk on my family's farm to tracking my own health data.

Doha, Qatar. Led a 3 person analyst team across M&A, IPO feasibility, and debt restructuring mandates spanning fintech, aviation, oil and gas, utilities, and construction, presenting directly to C-suite and board level stakeholders.

Islamabad, Pakistan. Built a vertically integrated seed business on a 900 acre farm, managing a team of 50 and growing revenue 40% in the first year.

Acquisitions Analyst, MCR Property Group2021 to 2022

London, UK. Sourced and closed a £23M off-market warehouse acquisition independently, and built IRR and DCF models across £400M+ of opportunities.

🌊 Flood Risk Command Center

A live flash-flood forecasting system for a family holding in Rajanpur, Punjab, built on the WMO's Flash Flood Guidance method: instead of asking how much rain is coming, it asks how much rain it would take to flood today. Backtested against 11 historical periods and called 10 of 11 correctly with zero false alarms.

📈 PSX Risk Scorer

A personal risk scoring tool for Pakistan Stock Exchange stocks. Scrapes and verifies company financials, scores them against industrial and bank specific templates, and generates a template based narrative report where every sentence is traceable to a computed number, with nothing hallucinated. Runs entirely free, with no LLM or API key required.

💤 WHOOP Dashboard

A personal health dashboard built as a Flask PWA on top of the WHOOP API, adding training-load, HRV readiness, and sleep-debt analytics the WHOOP app itself doesn't show. Installable to a phone home screen like a native app.
